Job description
As our IT Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our digital products and platforms are always available and operating efficiently. With your technical expertise, you will ensure effective first- and second-line support for users at our sites and support actively during onboarding of our new colleagues. This also includes actively managing and preventing downtime, as well as quickly identifying and resolving issues to minimize operations disruptions.
Your work also involves conducting necessary updates and maintenance of our systems and software to keep them secure and effective. In addition to these technical aspects, your role also involves managing IT assets, and a proactive approach to continuously improve our systems and processes (projects). You will be based at our headquarters in Malmö, Sweden and you will report to the CFO.
Main tasks & Responsibilities
Provide first- and second-line IT support to users both onsite and remotely, ensuring a high level of service and timely resolution of raised service requests or incidents.
Technical support and administration for the Microsoft 365 environment, including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint + Entra ID / Intune.
Manage Identity Lifecycle, from user onboarding to offboarding, and access reviews to systems owned by IT.
Manage the procurement, deployment, inventory, maintenance, and lifecycle of all IT-owned hardware and assets within the region.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine monitoring of the IT environment to identify potential issues or security gaps.
Ensure IT services and systems are operated in accordance with applicable security, privacy, compliance, and company policies.
Participate in IT projects and implementations, providing technical support, testing, documentation, user communication, and deployment assistance.
Work closely with colleagues across IT and the business to troubleshoot issues, share knowledge, and identify opportunities to improve the user experience and IT environment.
Contribute to the organization's ongoing transition from hybrid/on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based services and security initiatives related to cyber & information security.
Systems that you will need to log on daily, ITSM- FreshService, Entra ID , Sharepoint, and a few Microsoft 365 Admin Portals.

Other requirements:
· Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Minimum of two of years of relevant experience, including internships or entry-level roles.
· Certifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
· Fluent in both Swedish and English.
· Excellent communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced IT environment.
