Our recruitment process in an important step in our long-term strategy in maintaining high-performing and motivated teams. Getting to know each other
In the first call (either digital or in person), you will meet with the recruiting manager to see if it's a match! This is also a good opportunity for you to ask first questions you may have about the role and the company.
Face-to-face interview
As we work with people, we value the physical meeting! Therefore, we would like to meet you face-to-face in the second step of the recruitment process. Your possible future manager takes a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. You can expect questions about your skills, knowledge and experience. Of course you will get the chance to ask questions to see if we will be the right employer for you!
Final chat
You are one of our final candidates! In the last interview, we apply the grandparent principle, meaning you will meet your possible manager's manager and HR.
