Join our team as an International Product Manager, where you will hold a strategic as well as an operational key role within our organization! You will actively manage our portfolio of Medical Device and Surgical Equipment, ensuring product quality and compliance. Your primary responsibilities include planning and optimizing the portfolio while setting and following up on long-term strategies.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Plan, optimize, and set long-term strategies for the product portfolio.

  • Market Strategy Implementation: Collaborate closely with sales organizations to implement market strategies and commercial activities, focusing on organic growth.

  • Supplier Management: Serve as the main contact for suppliers, managing inquiries about product range and pricing.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Work with the QA/RA team to ensure regulatory compliance, technical product documentation, and registration according to the quality management system.

  • Tender Process: Play a crucial role in public procurement, as the majority of Mediplast's sales come through tenders.

  • Cross-functional Cooperation: Engage in cross-functional collaboration to drive commercial focus and innovation.

  • Market Intelligence & Inventory Management: Utilize market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and manage inventory effectively

Job requirements

Our new Product Manager is an individual with proven experience in Product Management, Key Account or another similar commercial role within the Medtech industry. To be successful in this role, you must be business and results-oriented, working closely with our Tender and Sales teams to drive commercial growth. Your strong strategic and operational skills will be complemented by your ability to build robust relationships with colleagues across teams and countries. While you will thrive in an independent role, managing your own projects related to your portfolio, your excellent communication and collaboration skills will be essential. Managing supplier relationships will be second nature to you, and your expertise in regulatory compliance and public procurement will set you apart.

Fluent in Swedish or Danish and English, both written and spoken is mandatory for this position. Some travelling is included in the job description.
