Job description

As a Product Specialist at Mediplast, you will have an independent and responsible role where you drive sales and marketing for an exciting product portfolio consisting of infusion, respiratory, anaesthesia and neonatal products. Your focus area is Stockholm/Mälardalen as well as the northern part of Sweden. You work flexibly from a home office and travel regularly to meet customers within procurement units, biomedical engineering departments and OR departments.

 

Areas of responsibility:

  • Plan, execute and drive sales: Take responsibility for actively planning and implementing sales efforts and marketing activities within your own product area, with a particular focus on Stockholm/Mälardalen and the northern part of Sweden.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships: Create, develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers, take a proactive role in customer contact and act as a reliable business partner.

  • Customer visits and networking: Conduct regular customer visits to procurement units, biomedical engineering departments and OR departments to understand needs and offer the right solutions.

  • Trade fairs and events: Represent Mediplast at industry trade fairs and events, build networks and strengthen the company’s brand.

  • Tender work: Take an active part in the tender process together with the team, contributing market insights and product expertise to create competitive and well-structured tenders.

Job requirements

We are looking for someone with experience as a Product Specialist in the MedTech industry, who is self-driven and takes strong ownership of their product portfolio. A background as a specialist nurse in anaesthesia and/or intensive care is an advantage. You are forward-thinking, results-oriented and have the ability to drive the business forward. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. You have excellent command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A category B driving licence is required.
